Job dating. How it works.
Job dating connects you with companies at Root Expo based on your profile, so you can have focused conversations with the employers that fit you.
- 1. Create your profile in the Root Expo app.
- 2. Enroll in Root Expo 2026.
- 3. Explore companies once they're published.
Questions.
Contact us if you have any questions.
I've enrolled. What happens next?
You're all set for now. Companies are being added to the app, and once they're published you can browse their profiles. Meanwhile, explore the event program and polish your profile and CV.
Can I choose which companies I meet?
Once companies are listed, you can open their profiles and get to know them before the event. We'll share more about how to connect with companies as new features go live.
Do I need to bring anything?
Just your phone. Keep the Root Expo app on it with notifications turned on: that's where you'll get alerts about your meetings, and where you can show your meeting details when you arrive at a company's stand. No printed CV needed.
